The Georgia Government Transparency and Campaign Finance Commission (Formerly known as the State Ethics Commission) Web site: www.ethics.ga.gov provides campaign finance reporting guidelines for both candidates and their campaign committees, including:

• Filing responsibilities;
• Filing schedules; 
• Campaign contribution limits

The Madison County BOER is ONLY a filing agent. It is the candidates/elected officials responsibility to file accurate and timely reports to our office.

By visiting www.ethics.ga.gov you will be able to search and view all reports that have been submitted to the Madison BOER office.
